The Australian College of Nursing (ACN) Community and Primary Health Care Nursing Conference (CPHCNC) is Australia’s leading community and primary health care conference for nurses and midwives.
The 2012 conference is titled Shaping and influencing primary health care
Conference aims and objectives
The conference will provide a national forum for nurses and midwives working across all areas of community and primary health care to:
- explore innovations in service delivery
- identify emerging population health needs
- review and present international and national research findings
- translate evidence into practice and
- examine emerging governance structures and roles.
Date and location
The conference will be held from 17-19 October 2012 at the Vines Resort & Country Club located within the tranquil Swan Valley in Perth, Western Australia, approximately 35 mins from the Perth CBD.
