ACN is always seeking experienced and enthusiastic Members and Fellows of ACN to represent us at a wide variety of functions and activities. Applying to become a representative means that ACN can contact you to represent them on committees and working groups, or to attend conferences, functions, workshops and other events that fall into your area of expertise.

Expressions of Interest
Australian College of Nursing Academic Council
Australian College of Nursing (ACN) is a peak professional membership organisation representing the broader nursing profession, as well as being an Accredited Higher Education Provider and Registered Training Organisation.
ACN’s Academic Council provides the forum for academic debate, education policy development, education decision making and guidance to the Education Division of ACN. Council reports directly to ACN’s Board of Directors. Council’s composition is external to ACN and consists of representatives across the nursing profession (including industry partners, academia, and alumni).
ACN’s Board of Directors has endorsed the appointment of a Member Representative to be part of Academic Council. We are seeking Expressions of Interest from financial fellows or members to fill this newly created position on Academic Council. Your commitment would be four times a year and you will be required to travel to the Sydney Office for Council meetings. Your appointment would be for a two year term.
